For guests with food allergies

At Hakone Ashinoko Hanaori, we place the utmost priority on the safety of our guests, so we do not prepare menus for guests with food allergies or list allergens on the menu.

Since our Cuisine are mainly buffet style, a variety of dishes are prepared in the same kitchen with the same cooking equipment, and there is a possibility that a small amount of allergens may be mixed in with the food served during the process of processing and cooking.

In addition, due to the nature of the buffet, chopsticks and tongs are shared, and dishes are washed in the same place and by the same washing machine, so it is impossible to completely prevent allergens from mixing in.

We ask that all customers understand the above and make their own final decision on what to eat.

Guests with allergies may bring in safe food (e.g., allergen-free retort pouch) and tableware.
